I draw all of my designs myself, and even dream about ideas for new patterns. Sometimes I’m inspired by beauty in nature. Sometimes it’s things as ordinary as drain covers.

My work combines artistic creativity with a background in high-end interior design and textiles. Before setting out on my own, my career began at the Tissus d'Hélène showroom in Chelsea Harbour. Immersing myself in pattern, colour, scale and texture, I learnt the technicalities of printing and weaving. I went on to work for maximalist interior designer Alidad, before moving to Waldo Works’ modernist architectural studio. Very different styles - spanning the traditional and contemporary - which helped me hone the aesthetic you see in my textile collection.

I live and do most of my work in central London, but I grew up in Sussex and my heart is in the countryside, with the bees.
